Lovely staff. Good food and drinks from the beach bar. Comfortable bed.
The room was not very well lit- there is no light on the roof over the bedroom. Juice at breakfast was very artificial. Some amenities feel old and run-down. Staff were not very responsive when I was trying to message and call via WhatsApp in an emergency, but did help me with my issue once I did manage to make contact. The hotel is near the end of the Sanur strip- I would have preferred to stay further up

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi!
