Fabulous breakfast and wonderful pool had a great view of the beach from my balcony had a problem with room fridge was replaced within one hour and restocked with my provisions fantastic service

The resort was a bit more nicer than the family paradise, but overall was a great experience. Cocktails weren't the best, but service and cleanliness outstanding. Lazy river and Infinity pool was definitely a highlight as was the turtle release activity for the kids.

Staff were good and always very polite.
Rooms are average but you get what you pay for…little things like filthy curtains, tiny balconies and crap wifi pulled it down for me.
Location not the best if you visit the beach regularly but plenty of restaurants etc close by.
Pool is basically unusable due to being to cold which is a shame because it looks very inviting…this was my biggest disappointment.
Breakfast gets tired by day 3 with not many change in options and beware NO bacon.
Would I stay again…probably not.

This hotel was very central and accessible. Room was exceptionally clean and staff were amazing. Enjoyed a day at the pool where we had great cocktails and food. The only small issue we had was when out on the balcony during the day the squirrels were very active and too friendly….possibly people should stop feeding them. Overall our experience was great.
