(32 reviews) Wow, wow, wow we have just rerurned and there is nothing that we can complain about with this hotel. The location is breath taking, the bungalows are gorgeous with everything you need, and more. Gorgeous linen, comfortable bedding, luxurious toiletries and more, more, more. Hotel grounds beautiful and so well kept by your exceptional gardening team, always smiling and there with a coconut of fresh flowers. The food is exceptional, always fresh and plenty to choose from and akwats served with a smile. Cocktails from the wonderful STANLEY are world class and I'm sure we will see more and more and Stanley and Collins ( another wonderful barman) continue to master their creations. I have to give STANLEY a special mention as nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble and we spent evenings chatting and learned so much about his life and it added something very special to an already amazing holiday. My final special mention goes to beautiful Theresa, always smiling, asking about our day and dancing. From the second she saw us she welcomed us in with a warm hug and served drinks and fresh bitings. The whole team at Neptune Palm are incredible but Stanley and Theresa made our holiday unforgettable and we will be back to see them. If you are wondering whether to book....stop... just book and I can gurantee you will not be disappointed !!! (69 reviews) First and Foremost l would like to get the shout outs out of the way: Claus or is it Klaus- you rock! Tom wa Housekeeping- a rocky start to the visit, at the end of it though you rocked. I came to understand that you were overwhelmed, there was a shortage of staff and you were only doing what you can. Shukran for all that you did for us during out stay. Nancy and the lady who checked us- I apologize that l can't recall your name- you were awesome!!!!! My favorite thing about your spot is the swimming pool. I am a fan and l enjoyed it completely and totally. I was not a fan of the outside meal locations: the food was not always hot/warm by the time one sat down to eat it. The lay out of the locations is something else that l was not a fan of, none of them were flat or concrete, lighting was not awesome- when we were there Kenya Power did their thing, then the extension cords that were everywhere as one walked to get their meal- l get it was about adding variety, at the same time l found it risky and dangerous. (152 reviews) We stayed in the Residences 2Bd it was amazing. The pool didn't heat up, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was 1-star, too many flies, they had nets, but people were not covering the food back up. They need to set up fans and place them over the food to prevent the flies. The acrobat show was great. The beach was good, we had someone walk us across the lowtide (I had 3 small kids for $15). We visited the main pool, and the kids enjoyed it. The lunch bar sold great food. We ate lunch off the resort daily, best food was at the Salty Squid. We attempted to eat at Nomad but they wanted us to pay an entrance at the gate (I didn't like it). Room service: The laundry service was good. Room Service was quick and hot. It's a limited menu, pizza was not good. We moved to building 400, after 4 days for one night, no complaints. (41 reviews) We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach.
