Wonderful, clean, friendly location with a beautiful pool and great service.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The staff help make this a great place to stay: from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk, breakfast and dining staff, bartenders- everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of options, the pool and the view are… unbeatable and we had dinner there one night and it was great. The late checkout (noon!!!) helped get us a relaxed start to the next part of our journey and the reliability of the hotel’s shuttle stands in for the need for taxis. We had a pleasant surprise with the gym (you reserve and then you have it to yourself!) added a nice touch. It’s a really nice base for the Sorrento area and it feels relaxed and luxurious.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we loved every second! Thank you for making our stay perfect we will be back for sure!

Hotel Cristina was amazing and I wish we were able to stay longer!! We picked an ocean view room and it did not disappoint. On our trip we visited Rome, Florence, Milan, La Spezia and Venice and this bedroom area was the most spacious out of all our hotels. The room also was very cool and we were given two keys so we kept one in our room for it to be cool when we came back. We were out and about for most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the pool or bar though the breakfast was very good and have a good variety. The shuttle service was nice too and had frequent stops. The only thing I’ll note is though the hotel is in Sant’Agnello, you will need to get off at the Sorrento train station for the shuttle. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Italy!

This location is not in town but in Marina Grande. We really liked the location. Much quieter and less people then in town so just depends what you prefer. It’s right on the water which we loved. 15 minute walk to town and a free shuttle that runs and will take you there. Great restaurants in this area. There is a pool but it was very cold so not heated. The lounge chairs only get sun in the morning but this was in September so maybe different during the summer. There is a beach club near by also. Note a car can’t get all the way to the hotel so when you get dropped off it’s a little bit of a walk. Although the hotel has a parking garage. We can in a Van and that can’t go that far. There is a great roof top bar which has a beautiful view. Staff is unbelievably helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and a huge variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay here.
