Lovely house in a perfect location for exploring the old city and a few minutes walk to a beach

This is a great option which is just outside of the old town of Trogir and has a pool. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the pool and loungers were great to have. The hotel was very quiet at night which was great. The breakfast was very good, with a number of different options available. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again if visiting this area.

The property is in several buildings. Old and not maintained, with heavy chemical fragrance. Check in/food were in a building opposite the one we stayed in, our room was "ocean front luxury." Our view was the roof of the patio bar with a line of shrubbery. We had a balcony which was a shared space with another room. We found no hot water after coming back late from dinner. They knew about it and did not inform at check in. Offered us to shower in a different building; we declined. Hot water was fixed next day around 4 pm, but we then had no power on second day in the room. Tried getting a refund or changing rooms, due to language this was not an option we could clarify. We were checking out the next morning to leave so just stuck it out. The room was clean, but it was structurally dirty; marks on walls, peeling finishes on furniture, outlets popped from wall, a very thin bunk mattress for couch bed (we reserved for 3 people),so the second night was slept on the couch not open; not enough blankets and linens provided for 3. We did get more upon request. The room a/c did work. It has a breakfast buffet which was average quality. There is a lot of damage and decline, trash laying around the property. The building door code box was broken so anyone could just walk in to the building. The pool is in the main building across the street from the sea, and had no loungers or chairs, furniture at beach is poor condition. There is a beach bar and restaurant.
