Over rated hotel. Bit up itself. Very decent breakfast but everything else seemingly had to be asked for: kettle, tea bags, no milk, extra pillows. Room dark and unwelcoming. Two hangers and nowhere to unpack your clothes, underwear etc. Just a huge disappointment for the walk, the bleakness and isolation from nearby restaurants. We were there on a Sunday so bound to be bit quiet and some interesting architecture nearby but just not enough to offset the overblown descriptions of the place. Travel in my business as business is travel and amo st boutique hotels I would give it a pretty low rating as just not comfortable aesthetically or practically. We did enjoy the board game with sand (name escapes me) and we brought our own Rummikub to play and in fairness an area you could do this but not hugely comfortable seating.

A great experience in an old horse farm building remodeled to guest rooms with a special vibe to it. From the breakfast room / restaurant you have a beautiful view over the premises. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating.
