Cano Island Beach Holidays

The property is stunning! It’s very private from hustle bustle down the hill so it’s quiet and you feel like you’re IN the rainforest. I saw a howler monkey from my patio! The property is very clean and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Yoga was so nice- outside and covered from rain shower but also up in the trees. Breakfast is great- tons to select with homemade letter eggs and lots of fruit etc. Pool and hot tub were great after all day activities.

I came to Noah’s Forest to rest, sleep, recharge and explore the nearby rainforest. Wow it was just the perfect place! This place has a so beautiful with the lush landscaping. They have a “sloth walk” jungle area and I spent a lot of time there just listening to the sounds of nature. The restaurant is probably the best in the area (I especially like the Costa Rican lunch dishes). The best part was the staff, especially Jeisson, Oscar and Cristal.

Staff was super friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Such a beautiful resort. We will be returning!

The A/C worked great, but whomever slept in the bed closest to it better get an extra blanket. The mattresses are extra firm

I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species.

The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable.
