North Georgia Mountains Beach Holidays

Pros: Housekeeping was great! Location is excellent. Cons: (1) Out of the 4 front desk staff I talked to, ONLY ONE seemed happy to be there. It was surprising how unapproachable 3 of them seemed. One lady was always on the phone and spoke to me as if I was the one inconveniencing HER. The other lady had a sour look on her face the whole time, even when I tried to cheer her up. (2) The bed creaked and was sunken. They need new beds. (3) Parking doesn't work. Ridiculously inconvenient.

Clean room, helpful staff, attentive to my requests

The hotel is very convenient if going to a Braves games. As it is within walking distance! Other than that the hotel is very dated and dingy. Needs to be updated terribly. The rooms were clean but like I said needs updating. The dressers looked like they came form Goodwill. No microwave or fridge. The balcony was very dirty. The walls and ceilings need painting as does the hallways. The buffet breakfast that is $19.99 per person was not worth the money. The only positive thing I can say is the bar area is nice and it does have a shuttle back and forth to the ballpark.

Lovely place

Property was very clean. Offerings for some snacks to purchase would have been nice. We were enjoying our stay until a couple in the lobby sitting next to us got in to a huge fight and started throwing things making us feeling very scared and uncomfortable to continue to stay at the hotel even after arrest. I would not stay there again.

Nice staff. Clean room bet there were several small holes in the bed cover. Last day the elevator didn't work, making it difficult to get everything downstairs to my car. Parking is $15 /day

They should have told us it wa sunder construction! We saw roaches the size of cats. They didn’t try to keep it clean while under construction They need security. Only one elevator worked. It’s bad.
