Extremely Disappointing Experience Lazy River was closed. My experience at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana was honestly terrible. The resort is huge, and you are basically dependent on the internal train to get around. They advertise that the train comes about every 20 minutes, but that was not my experience at all. We regularly waited 25–40 minutes, and sometimes when the train finally arrived, it was already full and we had to wait even longer. Because of these delays, we were late to activities and had to deal with unnecessary stress just trying to get around the resort. For a resort of this size, transportation should be much more reliable and better organized. The food was another major disappointment. The buffet had very little variety, and much of the food simply did not taste good. Even the drinks, including the juice and soda, tasted watered down. For a resort at this price point, I expected significantly better food and beverages. The customer service was also frustrating. Staff would often say that something was not possible, only to later say they could “make an exception,” which gave the impression that the situation depended on whether they were going to receive a better tip. That kind of experience leaves a very bad impression. Overall, I found the resort disappointing in transportation, food, drinks, and customer service. For the money spent, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort and would not retur

No es cierto nada de lo que te venden. de 11 restaurantes solo estuvieron abiertos 2, the Sweetery y el buffet, eso es un engaño, la comida de una calidad muy pobre, pocas proteínas, las bebidas gaseosas sin gas, aguadas y te confundían cuando pedias coca cola sin azúcar irresponsablemente en ocasiones te llevaban con azúcar, y habíamos dos personas con diabetes en la mesa. Los horarios del parque de agua muy corto y sin haber tormenta electrica te sacan de la piscina supuestamente por precaución. Hay gente que invierte mucho dinero en sus vacaciones, que viaja de otros paises para encontrarse con esa mala experiencia, donde no puede ir a la playa por el Sargazo y nadie le avisó, los restaurantes, cerrados, nada sin azúcar, todo lo cobran extra y muy costoso, En un hotel Todo incluido es increible que en tres dias en la piscina no puedan darte margaritas porque se les acaba el tequila, eso es pesima administración y mala atención al cliente. Nadie hace nada por hacerte sentir mejor y ayudarte a tener una experiencia increible y mucho menos que se acerque al precio que pagaste.

The staff is kind, attentive and professional. Everyone is accommodating to your needs and friendly.

This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part. It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very responsive and considerate in booking the dinners at the restaurants and other activities like Spa etc. Rafael came in highly recommended from the reviews at Expedia earlier and now we understand why :) For the folks like us that don't speak Spanish, the butler service is an absolute savior since many of the resort staff don't understand English well. I can't wait to be back! Thank you again Rafael for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
