Staff were excellent. My room was very clean but quite small. It had a balcony but there was a lot of lovely greenery so did not really get the sun. Before our stay, I had read reviews about the small room size, but we found it perfectly adequate. One thing to note is that the shower door also serves as the bathroom door, so privacy is limited. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our room faced the lagoon and received direct afternoon sun. The hotel automatically turns off the A/C whenever you leave the room.
