We stayed in a plunge pool room and the room and view are amazing, if you can, I'd recommend highly. The amenities are standard, nothing flashy which suited our needs. All the staff were top tier, couldn't say enough nice things about them. The problem does arise when it comes to food and beverage. The included breakfast is subpar (and I'm being polite). Was stuck having toast with jam all week. I attempted to order from the menu one morning and had the most disgusting looking french toast I've ever seen. Raw, not uncooked. Raw. To make it worse, they dumped the soupy egg mix on top of the bread and attempted to serve it too me. When I refused in an attempt to eat it and asked for it to be taken back, I witnessed the manager and waiter arguing over it. I don't know what was said, it made me uncomfortable.

Everything about that hotel was excellent . Wonderful staff and absolutely delicious food and a very nice pool and dining area .

We loved our time at Outrigger wish we could have stayed longer, but we had a quick trip for a wedding on site. Be mindful it is a 1.5 hr drive from Nadi airport so if arriving late may be worth looking into. The staff were all so friendly. I was not aware of the food packages until a few days prior, so we didn’t get them added on. Worth sussing this out if you are planning on not leaving the resort. The kids club was amazing the staff even remembered my child’s name when we popped past the next day. Heaps of activities on every day. Friendly service, sometimes a little slow but they were getting smashed with orders being school holidays. Upon me mentioning to a staff member it was my husband’s birthday at breakfast the entire staff came over singing with a cake slice. Wedding venue was top notch and the staff looking after the reception were amazing. A great holiday.

I booked a tour through the hotel, which included transportation. We were driven to the tour site, located approximately one hour from our hotel. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the tour had been cancelled. The driver took us back to the hotel, but we were still charged for the transportation. The hotel should have informed us of the cancellation before we were taken all the way to the site, especially considering the distance involved. We raised the issue with the hotel manager, but unfortunately, our concerns were not properly addressed, and we were still charged for the transportation despite the tour never taking place. I believe the transportation charge should be refunded, as this situation could have been avoided entirely if the hotel had communicated the cancellation to us in advance.

It is what it is. Think budget with spectacular outcomes.
