My family of four were very comfortable and the host went out of his way to provide recommendations about local highlights. There was a cleaning fee of 100 Euros that is mentioned in the listing but was missed when booking. Wouldn’t recommend for shorter stays because of the fee. (28 reviews) Superb Hotel! there are not many hotels I would like to go back, as it is a big world, and we always like to try new things, but this one is the one we would go back! We had a family skiing holiday in the hotel for a week. The hotel is well located next to the skiing school, bus stop is by the door to take you to many different slopes. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoon, while I went for the hot spring, saunas and spa treatment. Staff are super friendly and helpful: the first day my daughter forgot her ski jacket in the room while we were on top of the hill, I called the reception, and someone went to the room, got the jacket and delivered to her! Food is fantastic too! I am a fussy eater, but I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Main course was served separately every evening, with a selection of choices; whilst the rest were a big selection in buffet. A posh, smart hotel, and also warm with a family touch. It's perfect, cannot fault it!
