Torsa Island Beach Holidays

Excellent hotel with a great relaxed atmosphere, a good restaurant and very friendly staff

Beautiful property marred by patchy service. Staff not well trained. When late checkout at 12noon was requested, was told to pay 50GBP. Not classy.

The hotel is well located and has a car park (payable) The room was quite small but very clean and well appointed. The bed very comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing, really friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Was perfect for my business trip in Scotland

Overall the stay was good. Room was a little dirty...just needed a deeper cleaning than sheets, quick vacuum and new towels over the years. Breakfast was good and the gym was functional for a quick workout.

The room looked onto a well lit 24 hour carpark and it also looked into a alley that was full of bins from businesses. Hotels very dated and basic. No way 4 star. Not going to book again

Hotel very clean room spacious and comfortable, bed a bit soft however personal opinion and still slept well, robe, slippers in room, tea and coffee making facilities with assorted teas and biscuits and complimentary bottled water. didn’t have breakfast but had evening meal, it was delicious and price very reasonable, location of hotel could not be better, harbour and train station across the road. Complimentary 30 minute steam and sauna, with two heated loungers, foot spa was not working but made use of the others, we indulged in massage and afternoon tea for two, ultimate in luxury massage tailored to our needs and afternoon tea takes account of dietary requirements, we were left to enjoy the afternoon with no rush in the comfortable lounge. The staff were really friendly with Summer and Hayden given special mention.
