The ac did not work despite multiple tries from the staff. At one point the electricity went off for the entire floor. People who were leaving in a three star that came to meet us asked if you want rather book a room in their hotel as this one looked worse to them. Not at all a 5 star hotel. Don't be fooled by the looks from outside or the photos.
