Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are across the road from the hotel. You check in at the hotel. Location is great. Central to everything & only a few minutes walk to shops, supermarkets, restaurants & attractions. The apartment was very clean. You get hand soap & body wash in the bathroom. Washing up liquid, sponge & tea towel for the kitchen. Salt, pepper, tea, coffee & sugar provided. We ate in the apartment a couple of times & found everything we needed, although no microwave. The bedding was good quality & we found the bed very comfortable. The TV doesn’t show any channels & you have to log into a Netflix or Amazon account to access any programmes. Internet access was good. The only point I would make is that in a couple of areas the apartment looked a bit dated & could do with a bit of maintenance but nothing that affected our stay. For anyone new to Iceland (as we were) the hot water has a sulphur smell which is a bit off putting but completely harmless & normal. We found the general area to be quiet, although you could hear the people in the apartment above us banging about. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay again. You get 15% discount on food at the restaurants in the other Center hotels.

Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will.

The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here.

This was such a neat experience! Breakfast being included was awesome. Great setup for a big group as there was a middle area to meet up. Views are spectacular. Only complaint was initially accessing the building. But once we were setup, it was great.
