South Shore All inclusive Holidays

Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.

The response of the team to my requests,complaints was swift and clinical.

Worst experience ever. We stayed there for our wedding night and they lost my husband’s luggage so when we came back from our wedding celebration he had nothing. They didn’t offered even a tooth brush! The eventually found our luggage at check out time 11am the day after. They accepted not to charge our stay after we complained and demand to have a full stay not charged. Which I think they should have offered on their own to start with!. The ruined my wedding night and this moment will never be recover. I was chocked about the very poor service. They could have offer a massage or a bathrobe but nothing. I do not recommend this hotel!

Everything was top notch. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Bar George is a must see…stunning.

The staff was to smothering, at times, constantly knocking on the door and calling our room, to see if we needed anything. Frankly, it got to be a little annoying. After we complained, twice, they finally stopped, so that we could finally enjoy our stay.
