La Isleta All inclusive Holidays

The room was lovely and clean, aircon was ice cold as well. Sadly when we went the roof top bar was shut and we had to use the vending machine for a beer! Staff were super helpful and the ancient salt baths are definitely worth a visit. Central location with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Stayed on the 5 floor and only one elevator goes there. Had to come down the stairs once. Room was ample but the shower is dangerous for elderly

We were allocated a spacious room with a view of the pool. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. We had plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed sangria at the club house every day which was very relaxing. It was refreshing to see so many Spanish families enjoying their holiday at this hotel, made our visit more authentic.

Lovely two night stay shame the restaurant wasn’t open for evening meals. A good walk into the town bit hilly for some in the heat. The tourist train was a good way to get around and with commentary.

This is a small hotel with no staff, except for breakfast. We arrived around 17.30 and had not received any codes to get our room keys, this was mainly because of hotels.com. I called a number several times and sent messages but it took over 40mns to get someone to call us back. There was an ipad at the entrance on with an ad and even though we touched it, nothing came up. When they eventually called back, they sent someone to the hotel. Check in via the ipad also didn't work. I understand all the digital and AI checking in etc however when it doesn't work and there is no one around, it is very frustrating especially after an 8 hour drive. The rooms were very clean however the hotel smelled too strong of some perfumed detergent. The rooms are simple and functional and the beds are surprisingly comfortable.

The hotel itself was good. Breakfast was great. But it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Which is fine I guess if you’re on a road trip and check in late and leave early. But not good for more than one night.
