The AC unit was not good.. it resets to auto mode and turns on/off every few mins making loud noise, it was hard to rest.

The building is a historical site. The lobby area is beautiful. The room was spacious but very dark. The lamps had low wattage bulbs. The window did not allow much light to come in because it faced another building very close. Your view was the HVAC units. Not pretty. The restaurant inside the hotel was good for dinner. The buffet breakfast was way overpriced. It didn’t even offer what you get at a free breakfast buffet at some less expensive hotels. Disappointed in that. We stayed for three nights and had to request housekeeping. I guess that’s how it works these days. We won’t be back in Ohio again, I’m pretty sure, but if we are we won’t stay here.

the room was very nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Except for the outlandish valet cost of $48.
