South Bass Island All inclusive Holidays

This was the best stay this far since visiting Cleveland. The Westin hotel was beautiful and the staff was great pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the parking. The valet guys wasn’t so pleasant so I decided to park myself. The garage was not well maintained and the parking spaces were so small and so few. I will visit again and hope for another great room but next time I will take a much smaller vehicle

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

First night was a disaster. Our room was in a corner where there are 4 other rooms. Those 3 other doors were slamming starting at 5am - this hotel does not have a soft-closing mechanism. Poor service - I requested firm pillows. They brought the same unlofty pillows. There was something wrong with the TV - the maintenance person never showed up. Day of check out - at 9:30am while I was still sleeping, housekeeping was banging on the door asking what time I’m checking out!!! The worst IHG experience I’ve ever had

Stay was nice overall, but the tv only played tennis. Room was clean.

We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cedar Point. Every staff member was friendly and enthusiastically helpful! We chose this hotel because of their stance as a LGBTQIA+ friendly safe space and by the end of our stay, we felt like family! The rooms and amenities are top notch and the location is great!

It took almost 40 minutes to find someone to check us in. Then when we got to our room both the sink and tub in the bathroom were backed up and full of hair and water that didn't belong to us. The room itself was pretty but the tub and sink shouldn't have had sitting water in them, it made me question how much the housekeeping actually cleaned between customers renting the property.
