Chantelle was great! The apartment was really clean we had zero issues. We decided to park outside as there was multiple cars & they only allow one car per booking in their garage.

Nice hotel, very close to all of the great things the gaslamp quarter has to offer. Room are spacious, although a little dated. The staff at the front desk are great but I found the staff in general simply ok.

The “Living Room” lounge area immediately sets the tone, it is stylish and beautiful, yet incredibly comfortable and inviting. It feels less like walking into a hotel lobby and more like being welcomed into an elegant home. The customer service was truly impeccable. Every member of the staff made us feel cared for, and the attention to detail throughout our stay made our mini-honeymoon feel even more special. The atmosphere, amenities, accommodations, and overall level of service exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Tim, the manager, Dylan, Devin, and Tommy. Each of you contributed to making our stay memorable through your kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Liked the Grill Room Disappointed in our room-small, highest floor but only view was demolition sights risesview and very high price.

I would've given a 5 star but only one incident makes me give a 4 star. It was my time to checkout on 9/19/26 and there were 3 personals at the front desk; they were all young; I would say, tops 23 years old, two white men and one white woman. The one blonde-man had just checked out a guest so then I went to check out with the lady. She is sweet, professional, and made relatable conversation. As we chuckled, the blonde man, staring at his computer with a straight face chortled, as to mock us. Mind you, regardless of my race this was unacceptable to see. The other man walked closer to him as to tell him to quit it as I looked their way, to my right. Who knows, that might've been his girlfriend or he has an issue with people getting along interracially. Apart from that, everyone was welcoming and wonderful.
