The faucet in the bath needs to be replaced. It had white and blue calcium stain buildup (and lots of it), which I wouldn’t expect from a high-end resort. It’s very inexpensive to replace a bath faucet and it’s one of those first impression details guests look at. It was really nice to have the extra seating inside the common area, I would just recommend you add a reliable Ice maker. A mini ice-maker that gives just a few ice cubes isn’t that great. Only other ice was about 20 ice cubes frozen into the refrigerator freezer. We were told by one of your wine tasting personnel that you supply a courtesy shuttle (golf cart ride) to and from the house on the hill but that wasn’t offered by the staff upon checkin. That would be nice vs driving back and forth to the winery. Beautiful views from the house.

I liked how there were 3 different wineries to choose from. The room was very small and the bathroom showers water pressure were very low. I would definitely stay again but will choose a bigger room or the casita.

Monday, June 22, 2026 My wife and I had an absolutely terrific stay at Europa, which could be the best hotel in the Temecula Wine Country. The grounds are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed ... and the most impressive feature of all was the staff. Super customer service ... as well as having incredible people skills. I highly recommend Europa to anyone visiting the area.

The property is huge and we had to drive from our room in the Inn to the main buildings. The room had only one (very) hard chair. The TV remote didn't control the volume and we had no luck getting it work. We ate breakfast at the Italian Mercato and it was excellent. We had tapas dinner at the Spanish Bolero and it was also excellent. Wait staff in both locations were very good. There were lots of parts to the property and signage directing to each spot could be a lot better. Lots of stairs to the Mercato, with a poster that said elevator access but we never found the elevator. We won't stay there again but recommend the food.

The room was absolutely cozy and clean. It was such a nice view overlooking the vineyard. Stone staff were nice and the area was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back again and this time stay the full weekend!

This hotel offers a fantastic and lively experience. The property has multiple restaurants with a great variety of cuisines, so there is always something delicious to try. The events and functions were wonderful—there was constantly something happening, from music and dancing to great opportunities for wining and dining. The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of entertainment and dining options right on site.

We had a great vacation at Europa Village. My only complaint is that the check-in was not at the inn. I went directly to the inn and was told to go back down to where the restaurant and tasting room were to check in. I am nearly 80 years old, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. The rooms and grounds and restaurant were lovely, and I would definitely stay here again.
