We felt like we had a local experience in this neighborhood and liked it a lot. Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than that I’m not sure if you gonna enjoy your stay, without mention there’s not elevator and the stairs are really dark. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. The only issue that I faced was loud base music from a club nearby until 2am. I couldn't really sleep during that time, although I had to be up early.
