I enjoyed my stay. The staff here is remarkable and they go above and beyond to please their customers. I’m looking forward to staying here again in 2 weeks! =)

The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside. The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.

During our stay we only had one working elevator. There was obviously a lot of people trying to use one elevator so you had to wait a long time to get the elevator on your floor. One morning, both elevators were out and we had to walk down 19 flights of stairs. We also walked down 19 flights of stairs another day just due to there not being an elevator that had available space to stop on our floor. We didn't want to be late to a reservation so we walked down the 19 flights. Several times there were 2 housekeeping carts in the elevator along with people trying to get on so there was no space available. Our room did not get cleaned and we just kept trading out towels from the housekeeping cart that was constantly parked right outside our door. The location is good, but loud which we expected.

Very comfortable, quiet and safe! Staff is excellent! We will be back! Excellent location. Close to good restaurants!
