Fantastic breakfast. Very full buffet breakfast plus a lovely chef behind the counter that you can actually talk to and order your own recipe of omelette.

We stayed as a family of 5 from England in July - so out of season for this ski resort. That meant the hotel wasn’t overcrowded and was very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Every room in the hotel has a view of the mountains and a balcony . The swimming pool and spa area was very good - the outdoor jacuzzi offers a mountain view. Soft drinks and tea / coffee are available at any time free of charge. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is a buffet service and breakfast is included in the room rate. Overall, I would recommend staying here with a family. I’d also recommend visiting the restaurant a short walk up the hill - sorry, I don’t have the name, but the lunch there was delicious.

Amazing hotel, extremely freindly staff from moment we arrived till we left. The breakfast was great, bar and cocktails great. The wine tasting evening was a surprise but really great value and high quantity food. The pool and spa with fitness was nice, only wish the pool was a little warmer. Other than that it’s a great hotel and the restaurant across the road with traditional Austrian food was also amazing and part of the hotel too. So if stating do try it out

A beautifully equipped hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning location. Gorgeous food with a wide choice & variety & the most helpful of staff … especially Vaslav? on Reception ….. he is a treasure … so helpful & so genuinely lovely. Thank you Vaslav for making our stay so special.

Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category.
