Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Elva has a restaurant as part of the premises. I ordered Wiener schnitzel, my son Goulash, was perfect. The red wine we were recommended was also very good. Rooms are very equipped, nice terrace to watch the view and chill, and everything is spotless. Also price was cheap IMO relative to value. We will be back next year!

I would have given 4 stars but we were unable to get any air conditioning for the entire stay. I brought it up to the staff but they were unable to do something about it. With the very hot weather, we had sleeping issues. Also, one window had no curtains only blinds making the room very very bright at sunrise. Not ideal! Otherwise, good location. Ten minutes away from the old town. Breakfast was good. Make sure you claim your Welcome Pass for public transportation. Hotel staff did not disclose this and we heard about it from a guide in town.

We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. Great location is a beautiful town.

Mit das Beste was als Ferienwohnung zu bekommen ist. Schöne Zimmer, große Wohnküche, super Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!
