La Alcarria All inclusive Holidays

Great breakfast, excellent location, and beautifully well-kept rooms!

Very well brand new hotel in the middle of Madrid, room are really nice and the ambiance is amazing. Unfortunately staff must follow up and not always they arrive to match

Cleaning staff never had wash cloths to provide. We were told the hotel no longer offers them?? How do you properly shower with no wash cloth. Found it odd as when we arrived we had two, after we used them they took and never replaced. Breakfast was excellent and the other staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Location is fantastic, right amongst shops and cafes/restaurants. Metro across the road was convenient. Hotel has great rooms and breakfast was superb! Friendly staff and 2 elevators made the stay very pleasant. We had room on 4th floor overlooking Gran Via and having double glazed windows and block out curtains made the stay nice and quiet (and dark when curtains closed). Air Con worked very well in the 30c plus weather. Would definitely recommend and would come back again for sure.

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Overall, my experience was very good, though the room door lock was damaged and exposed the internal locking mechanism, which did not look secure even though the door could still be locked.
