(40 reviews) Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC?? (25 reviews) A new hotel which is super modern, clean and with great amenities. The pool is beautiful and very nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We stayed at one of the apartments which was super nice, very comfortable in every way and very clean. The views are very nice as well. The spa is very good as well. We had dinner at the Snowbird restaurant which was good. The hotel is located next to the lifts. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very helpful or friendly and some not really polite l. They were very uninterested in the guests, and seemed to be bothered by any questions. They didn’t provide any kind of information about the hotel or the area and simply gave us the key to our room at check in. For a hotel at this level and this price one would expect a better costumer service, friendlier and more helpful staff. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and nice hotel does not have a better costumer service. Definitely something that the management needs to address with their front desk staff otherwise they will be losing costumers very quickly. (60 reviews) It's the best hotel i stayed in during this European trip. No doubt it takes extra effort to reach the hotel as it is tucked in the mountains but it's still accessible and just needs planning but it's all worth the effort. The views from and around the hotel are very relaxing and memorable. And the staff are more than amazing and very very helpful. They even took the pains to prepare a special breakfast for me because i had to check out an hour before the breakfast is served. And the breakfast they prepared was so much that i had to refuse some of it and I still managed to pack a portion of it for lunch. I felt very safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. The hotel is also family friendly. The families and children i met there were very happy. I had an awesome and memorable winter holiday in Hotel Montfort Tatry and wish i could come back to this hotel perhaps in spring or autumn season.
