(445 reviews) Absolutely lovely resort. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, you could book almost anything directly through the resort which made making plans so much easier. They had activities daily at the resort, most were free but they had a few options that would cost a little extra but no more than 15 usd for each, our room was clean and spacious, the food was outstanding, I will definitely be returning to the club in the future!! (243 reviews) This is a four, not five star hotel. The staff are very friendly but the property is becoming run down/ the location is lovely and quiet. All the rooms face the ocean and we enjoyed our balcony. The restaurant needs a more varied menu, but there are lots of restaurants to try. Nothing much in the way of walking but there’s a bit. They need to bring down the price of the room, though, since I was paying Four Seasojs price but without the quality. But as said, staff is very friendly and helpful. The property isn’t as advertised on their website since they show multiple restaurants on site - seems like they are in transition. I stil enjoyed my stay.
