Taxis were always available in front of hotel. It’s easy to get around with local buses. Restaurants, grocery store and convenient store were within walking distance. The view was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind after I checked out. The staff found my phone quickly and sent it back to me next day with reasonable charges.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

Sheung Wan is a marvelous place to visit and this hotel is very well placed for that. Lots of great restaurants of all kinds nearby and easy transport options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very unusual to have reception on 4th floor. I would have preferred a larger room, but as I was a single occupant, it was ok. Great idea to have umbrellas for use as I picked a very wet month. The staff were all friendly & helpful.

"A very busy and professional hotel. Had to print something and they were very happy to oblige. We stayed at the triple room. Very spacious, especially a rarity for Hong Kong and the facilities were great. I especially loved the breakfast spread available."
