Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

We had an amazing family stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic — you can walk to Disneyland Park in about 10 to 15 minutes, which made everything so easy and enjoyable with children. The hotel facilities were great. The pool area was excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor pool has a big water slide which the kids really enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is magical and very family-friendly. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made communication very easy. The room service was also great and made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with great variety and a really enjoyable experience. One of the best parts was seeing the Disney characters like Goofy, Pluto, and Mickey Mouse coming around to take photos with guests. This made breakfast very special for the children. Overall, the location is one of the best parts of Hong Kong. It is close to the airport and also convenient if you are planning to travel to Macau via the Hong Kong–Macau bridge. We were very happy with our stay, and I can honestly say this was one of the best parts of our Hong Kong trip. We are already planning to come back again and have recommended Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel to all our friends. Thank you to the team for making our family holiday so memorable.

Front desk were very welcoming on arrival and check in was excellent and smooth. Breakfast was great and fresh everyday. The added perk of helping yourself by grabbing a coffee any time of the day was great too. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything. Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean, only slept here. The bedding and bathroom comfy and adequate. The hotel was excellent value for where we were situated in the heart of the area. Fantastic stay at the Upper House. Vanessa, the guest experience manager, was helpful and really made my experience that much better. Will definitely stay again.

Is Hong Kong the greatest city in the world? Possibly. Is Hotel ICON the best hotel in Hong Kong? Again, quite possibly. We enjoyed a tremendous ten night stay here in May and June 2026, and both the hotel and its staff were absolutely faultless. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Harmony in the lounge for her advice and insights into Hong Kong. Ideally located in Kowloon, close to the Avenue of Stars and just a five minute walk from the Hung Hom MTR station, everywhere we wanted to visit was within easy reach. Upgrading to a room with lounge access was well worth it, not only for the spectacular views across Victoria Harbour, but also for the excellent breakfasts, afternoon teas and evening cocktails. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel and cannot wait to return.
