Everyone was so accommodating, starting with the guys who checked in our car to the reception desk who patiently dealt with the fact that I had misplaced my wallet. Best of all was Edward on the housekeeping staff, he really set us up for a wonderful stay and made everything amazing. He was the nicest part of our whole stay in Philadelphia, he should be given a bonus or something for the way he interacts with guests. We hope to return soon!

Room was very dark even with all lights on and drapes opened. Housekeeping did not come to tidy up, empty trash or make bed - even with a 4 day stay. Bed pilliws smelled. Internet was sporadic at best, and the TV continued to reset and buffer. Bathroom sink continued to back up. Continental breakfast was so-so, although breakfast room was cute (but not very clean...coffee grounds everywhere and sticky tables) Plenty of onsite parking. Very disappointed in this stay.
