Fabulous location. Pipes in bathroom were extremely loud when ran the shower. Sounded like drilling in room.

IRA is the best part of this hotel!! The WiFi was spotty but the place is beautiful and well located. The new supper club is insanely gorgeous!! And the gym!!!!!

I arrived very late. At checked in, the customer service agent noticed my reservation was for the next day. He checked the room rate for that night, it was close to $1K and suggested for me to check online since I still have 10 minutes before midnights. I did managed to get a room at a similar rate to my other booking. I really appreciate this agent’s effort to assist me through this process and also allowed me to have the same room for the next block of reservation which started the following day. The hotel atmosphere is vital and warm. The room is spacious, upgraded and artfully designed. The room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area/

Beautiful hotel

A few highlights about the property and then specifics, Scale from 1-10 (10 best) Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far. Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly. Door Staff - 3 - I opened the door more than acceptable at a Ritz -Carlton Reception - 8.5 - Friendly except for check out time. Did not even acknowledge us while on their computer. Lobby Bar and Restaurant - 4.5 - Lacks service levels and the Cesar salad was not edible. Time for a new F&B Manager, Chef, and new cuisine concept. Bathroom Commode - You better be small and thin. Just overall not a RITZ CARLTON experience.

Everything was great from start to finish! The concierge,Fay, was great. The pool was a lot of fun, crowded but expected for a holiday weekend! The sun loungers are limited so get there early if you want to lounge by the pool. They offer complimentary sunscreen throughout the day which is very convenient. The housekeeping manager was so nice & accommodating. Will be back!
