You have to know that you’re getting into a situation that is unlike most. There is no actual person on site and everything is done by Texting on the other hand. They are super responsive and handle every question we had quickly and appropriately. Personally, I wouldn’t want to stay more than two nights because there is no room refreshing and I’m glad that we only brought one car because that is among the greatest challenges. We were lucky and we found a space on the street that was free, but we were afraid to move it so we simply used Ubers everywhere we needed to go.

The staff was great and very attentive. The Hotel was very well maintained.

The gentleman at check in was great, I wish I got his name. We were put in a room on the 6th floor. Go up, sat on bed and it fell to the floor. Broken. I go down to front desk, girl was NOT friendly at all. Asks me what I want her to do, I said put us in a room without a broken bed. We move. Room smells like cigarettes. Air conditioner just makes horrible noises. I call the front desk to tell her this isnt OK. She says that's all they have. No apology ever. For $300, I could have gone to a better hotel with customer service. This one was chosen for proximity to museums. Don't recommend at all.
