This was a fantastic hotel, what it said in the booking was what you got. The buffet was wonderful for breakfast. Anyone could find something to eat. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We should’ve come back the next night, but we stayed somewhere else, where it was terrible, lesson learned, we will be back.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and had a good variety for everyone. Our room was clean and the beds were great, but the bathroom shower door and the outside were awful. There was black and rust down the door slide and in the grout on the lower wall by the shower. Not just in one spot, but all the way down the outside. Inside the shower was clean. When I took a shower, the water would go through the door and onto the floor. You could see that the ceiling had been fixed many times. I went to take a shower the morning of our checkout and found the bathroom ceiling had a large bubble and was leaking onto the floor. The young man at the front desk sent maintenance right away and we had to leave the room. They offered another room, but we were checking out that day so we used our parents shower/bathroom to get ready,. It was a terrible inconvenience. That particular bathroom needs a lot of repairs.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is helpful and hospitable. The exercise room is nice and has the necessary equipment for exercising while traveling. THE COFFEE PROGRAM IS THE BEST OF CLASS!

The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the condition of the room completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. After checking into my room, I turned on the TV, pulled back the bed cover, and moved a pillow. I immediately noticed blood spots on the sheet. I informed the front desk the following morning. The staff member was extremely apologetic and assured me that my entire room would be thoroughly cleaned and the bedding changed. On my second night, I pulled back the covers only to discover the exact same blood spots still on the sheet. Finding blood on the bedding was disturbing enough the first time. Discovering that the same sheets were apparently left on the bed after I specifically reported the issue and was assured the room would be completely serviced is simply unacceptable. I appreciate how kind and apologetic the staff was, but this is a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will never stay here again.

Property was clean and cared for, however carpet in room smells. It’s generally like this in all hotels and don’t know why they all don’t change to bare floors. So much cleaner. Carpet just accumulates dirt and smells.
