Ken (at breakfast) was so welcoming and friendly. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helped book a ticket for sold out Lindt chocolate museum. The location easily accessible to other areas of Zurich by walking 15-30 minutes or easy access on public transit.
A couple of things why I didn't give full stars. I would have like to have been able to make the room a bit cooler at night and the bed was not that comfortable, but doable.
Overall, a great place to stay!

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Kettle provided and water in the fridge. Walk from Zurich HB was approximately 25 minutes, on the flat. Plenty of buses and trams close by but we preferred to walk.
Would stay again and highly recommend.
