It was a beautiful property, we had a large room, much more than what we expected. The morning breakfast was amazing. The hotel was close to restaurants and the local mall.

The hotel is quite arty and quirky, which is good. Beds comfy, good temp in room, few free goodies in the fridge. Shower is in the room, so not total privacy but no real issue. The only issue we had was a staff member knocking and walking in at 08:30am, and then another member of staff knocked at 11am asking when we were checking out. Check out is noon, and we had a late night, didn’t make us feel very comfortable.

Good: Lobby, Breakfast, clean hallways and rooms. Needs improvement: staff serving breakfast needs more training on how to interact with guests Suggestions: As the room pricing is on the higher side, it would be better if breakfast is included.

The rooms are extra massive, overall service was quite warm and friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet area of the city. Proximity to the shopping district was quite convenient.

Nice hotel in the mountains of Lausanne close to the lake, good parking, pleasant room and ok breakfast all included.
