Really friendly staff, nice modern bathroom (although rest of room fine — quite basic), easy check-in.
No breakfast included though and location was just okay , not super central.
Overall content with our stay and enjoyed being able to use the pool, jacuzzi, gym facilities — those are standout perks!

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Their so called king bed is actually 2 twin bed!!! THEY KEPT SEPARATING ALL NIGHT!

Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff!
Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you.

Great hotel — location, staff, room size & cleanliness— all 5 stars. I wish the bed was better. Mattress was spring and very bouncy and did a number on our backs.
