Shower floor is very slippery and the glass divider cannot contain the water splash.
Front desk staff was very helpful in showing us how to purchase train tickets etc.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Loved the location. Easy to get around. Pool was a nice bonus. Even the pull out was comfortable. Beer was cold in the lobby lounge! :)
