The staff was great especially Antonio in dinning and Oliva at the front desk.

I would not pay for breakfast you are westerner. Not much choices for Europeans or Americans.

Staff were good if a bit clinical in general. But a very nice touch - a birthday cake was delivered to our room because they noticed we had a birthday in our group! (Likely due to guest registration details.) Room itself was superb - good fit-out, good condition, and faultless air-con and shower. Gym was the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere in the world! Good range of equipment, well-maintained. Only negative was the swimming pool - it wasn't in the best shape and could do with a freshen up.

Overall a very clean and pleasant hotel to stay in, my room was advertised with having a mini bar, however this was not stocked anything

But to reiterate the staff were amazing and appreciated their touches for my engagement. But the hotel just felt lacking coming from the regent

Club lodge is a great bonus, 5 meals per day, very nice quality and good services. Great location, very classic There is a 16.5% tax plus service fee which was a little high.
