For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is a far better alternative and truly delivers on a 5-star promise.

This is a great hotel in a really convenient location with the MRT entrance directly accessible from the hotel.
The rooms are spacious ns clean and the staff exceptional. Nothing so too mixup trouble. W were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade on rival. Would defiantly recommend.

Check-in process took 1 hour. Queue for everything was long. Breakfast queue 15mins. There are free facilities like pool table, but its always being occupied. The swimming pool is also crowded, can't swim freely without bumping into someone or having to stop for the kids in front. Therefore if you are very patient and like crowd this is the hotel.
Can also feel the front line staffs annoyance with the guests.
Only the room service staffs were very nice and courteous.
