The hotel is a three star hotel and lived up to that rating. Staff try hard but often you need to ask for something that should already be provided. Nonetheless, a comfortable few days in a very convenient location.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of amazing. We were celebrating a very special occasion, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, cared for, and at home. The room was spotless, elegant, and had the perfect ambiance for the occasion. What touched us most was the thoughtful attention to detail — from a personalized welcome note to the surprise touches that made our day feel extra special. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. Had a wonderful short stay at The President in Colaba. The hotel was beautiful and stylish, though slightly more dated than some of its peers (Taj, Trident, etc.). Had an upscale luxury feel to it, but with nice splashes or Indian culture and aesthetics. Room service was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the surroundings— lots of construction so I didn’t the feel that I was hoping for, especially being so close to the sea and to the historic Colaba area. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, a great stay and I’d highly recommend The President
