Beds are very comfortable
Not once during our 4 day stay did a staff member acknowledge us to say hello or even smile.
The breakfast situation was a nightmare many tables were reserved & one staff member was quite rude.

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Grand. Have stayed many times before over the past 30 years. Would love to see some of the plushness and grandeur return to this old lady.
