Excellent dining options, parking is plenty and easy to navigate and a lot of seating options around the pools. Rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious. "Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....

"Best customer service we’ve received in a long time. Room was great and the cot for my son was in excellent condition (good quality, proper mattress). Only disappointing thing was no toaster in the room as we didn’t have breakfast included. Would love to stay longer but this is definitely a drawback. We didn’t get to use many of the facilities due to husband and son being sick but we still had a great time considering."

"Booked a room with ferry transfers. Didn’t receive any information about ferry tickets before check in. I tried calling 2 different phone numbers for the resort over 10 times aswell as wotif who also couldn’t get through. Arrived at port Airlie whitsunday cruises they told us the resort hasn’t given them any information and to just book pay and then show the hotel the receipt and they will refund me the money. Ended up paying $170 for 2 return tickets got over to the resort all for the front...
