The staff were incredible. They went out of their way to be helpful. The food was amazing. Healthy and creative and so delicious. Loved it. I’ll definitely be going back. It’s a break to reconnect with nature - as such there are windows in the bedrooms with no blinds so you wake up slowly with the morning light. Personally I prefer black out blinds but it is in keeping with what the hotel is trying to do. I also feel a juicer on site to have freshly prepared juices would not go amiss but these...

The perfect end to our holiday in Australia. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything you could need. The attention to detail made it all the more special and was set in the most idyllic surroundings.

A very lovely hotel in a great tranquil location just outside of the buzz of Byron Bay. The facilities exceded our expectations. The open layout of the rooms was smart. Great tech. Super modern facilities, TV, in room movies and excellent WIFI. Beach is very large and beautiful. Would love to come again!

Nice hotel. Staff were maybe slightly unfriendly. Big resort spread out so room is a good 5-7 minute walk from pool / restaurant / reception. Not for everyone. Also about a 10 minute walk to beach. Lovely restaurant. Pool average.

Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.

Wholeheartedly recommend staying at green island! Spend the extra money and stay 2-3 nights instead of a day trip! Never have been so well looked after! Absolutely brilliant and relaxing & the wildlife is amazing!!

Well known hotel complex in the forest. Worth going for the wildlife , birds etc. Good tour schedule you can join. We did the bird walks early mornings. We chose a garden view room which was dark with wood walls and not enough lighting. The bathroom was adequate but a little out dated. The restaurant was good , staff friendly and bird life and walking opportunities beyond any expectations we could have had.

Cape Trib beach house gives you the opportunity to have a secluded bit of rainforest and beach away from the busier parts of the Daintree. The restaurant is good, portions are large. You can sit on an idyllic beach with just a couple of others hearing and seeing the rainforest animals as waves lap upon the beach. We saw Cassowary at the property twice in our 3 day stay. Amazing stay. My friend and I loved everything about the hotel. It was spacious, clean and extremely well located. The buggy service offered was a great touch. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
