The staff paid excellent attention without being asked for anything. I traveled with two pets and upon arrival they had what I needed brought to the room. The evening excellent dinners on the rooftop had breath taking views. The glass of champaign upon arrival was relaxing after the drive up the mountains. The spa services were wonderful and had a beautiful relaxing hot tub with incredible views to enjoy prior or after the treatment. I loved this property and recommend it for so many reasons. While most take the Bernina Train and utilize the hotel's shuttle, I parked at a nearby garage, which they offered assistance. They also assisted allowing me to drive into the pedestrian area to the hotel to its front steps. The location of the hotel is in the pedestrian area with incredible shops and a walkable distance to the Bernina Train Station but because of the incline/decline the hotel will shuttle you there upon request.

What a beautiful, wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and right next to the train station. As soon as we checked in our luggage was immediately taken and placed in our rooms and we were handed drinks. They provided a daily newspaper of activities and weather for each day and the terrace for drinks was beautiful. They also had chocolates waiting for us and a chocolate cake for my partners birthday! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable as well as stylish with lots of information to read about the area. We loved our stay.
