The hotel offered great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the wellness facilities. The location was perfect for exploring St. Moritz. Amazing staff This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there. They were so friendly and just wonderful! You can not go wrong if you book this hotel. It was clean, breakfast was delicious, the staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us - close to running and biking trails, along with a couple different lakes. It was also a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute bus ride into town. The hotel is otherwise a bit outside of the main area of St Moritz, but there are 2 bus stops very close to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The hotel gave us a travel pass which let us go on the buses and up the funicular to the top of the mountain. The rooms are superbly comfortable and luxurious, and the dining at the restaurant is truly world class. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially after my wife sprained her ankle and needed special support. Lovely appointed rooms with all the expected amenities and more. Breakfast, it is a full breakfast with cold and specially prepared hot dishes eg omelets, pancakes, etc. We had dinner at Viva Restaurant and it was one of the best meals in Switzerland.
