Tiny rooms, absolutely no view out window, called for ice delivery (because they advertise for it) and waited 45 minutes before I went and got my own because it never came, ice is on 1st floor only, no maid service ever came either

It is a normal business style hotel. Friendly staff. If you drive, expect to pay for parking, and the valet staff are possibly the friendliest I've ever seen. They will take care of you and your car.

Elements always has amazing breakfasts. I have Celiac and usually can get them to cook me something without gluten if not their GF muffins are really good.
The thing I don't like is that they make you pay for parking now. And if it's a Sunday, there are a lot of people with their vehicles parking on Element property to go to their church right next door, taking parking spaces without paying. If you've left the hotel and come back to park, you'll find it very difficult to find a parking spot you've paid for. I brought this to the staff's attention but they didn't do anything about it.
