We were put in what felt like the proverbial servant’s quarters, though we booked a premium room and reserved an upgrade. The front desk staff boarded on offensive and though we did finally get moved to a proper room on our second night, the memory of hearing other guests loudly all night and morning in the adjoining to our old was hard to forget. Facing the parking garage was also a first in all our multi years of travel around the world. The first night felt like a Motel 6, but far worse. The restaurant Panzana however had splendid cuisine and the doormen were very kind and helpful. Will not stay at this hotel again unless we can be assured of receiving a proper room, not some afterthought space being marketed as a guest room.

Warwick was a perfect location for a concert we went to see and to Fillmore Auditorium. Lovely rooms, great food and amazing staff. Definitely coming back.
