This is one of the best hotels that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Check-in was easy and they were very helpful in helping us figure out excursions and restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the two bedroom hotel room with ocean views and a balcony. The rooms were nice and big with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom that overlooked the ocean. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned everyday. We were able to prepare some meals in the hotel room as we had our own stove top and fridge. A nice grocery store was next door. You could buy food, alcohol plus prepared foods. This was a nice bonus. We did use the balcony a lot which was nice to just sit outside. When booking our room the breakfast was included. There was a buffet plus also you could order off a menu. We actually did both. Another great thing about this hotel is the location. It is in the old part of town but you can walk, bike, run on the walkway. Just so close to everything. There is nothing that I can say bad about this hotel. Check-out went smooth and they called for a taxi to come and pick us up. When we come back we will definitely stay at this hotel. Amazing staff

Bright, clean, affordable, lovely pool, breakfast is included with the room, parking is available right outside the hotel at about .50/hour. ($20 US overnight) - rough estimate. Parking on the street is SUPER limited and the streets are SUPER tight.

From the moment you arrive at Furnas Lake Forest Living, you feel a sense of calm. The reception was easy to find and we received a very warm welcome and explanation of the property, then were guided to our house. It was a very personal experience and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The houses are secure, quiet, immaculately clean, and situated in a stunning forested area. There are even koi fish in the moat around the houses. All of the finishings were thoughtful and on brand for the location. We were able to enjoy the a la carte breakfast prior to checking out, and it was both delicious and satisfying. I'm very sad that we were unable to secure a reservation for dinner due to a conflicting reservation, but that just means we are due for a trip back! They are working on a spa and additional houses, which will make an already spectacular experience even better, I'm sure. Obrigada for making us feel right at home during our short stay. Can't wait to visit again (for longer this time).

Excellent staff, reception very efficient and helpful. Room carpet had stains and woodwork of the cabinets/ fridge was old and chipped. Air conditioning not effective at cooling room.Fridge barely cold. Shower above bath very weak water pressure ,barely enough water came out. Room serviced daily and was good. A nice stay despite the small highlighted issues. I would return to a different room as i understand showers and aircon were better in them. Well done team!
