This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable.
What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk.
The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive and the food is very good. I ate dinner there twice. I was content with the food.
There are many shops including the one at the hotel, which offers a ten percent discount and a free candle for the candlelight procession at 9 pm.

The apartments were clean and maintained. The rooms had a stale smell though on arrival. Also had asked in advance for a travel cot, which hadn't been put into room. We chose it for self catering option with 3 young children for quick sleepover from Toulouse airport - if coming from airport, would probably try a hotel closer to airport next time.
