En arrivant on nous indique que la chambre réservée est indisponible. On nous relègue dans un studio miteux en remplacement après nous avoir fait payer en nous disant que cela va être mieux. On nous indique qu’il n’y a pas d’autre chambre disponible. Nous repartons vers la réception en disant que cela est inadmissible. Et là surprise, en fait une chambre est disponible mais côté rue bruyante. Nous prenons la chambre n’ayant pas d’autre choix. Finalement la chambre est en effet bruyante et les fenêtres sont qu’à hauteur de l’éclairage public et il n’y a que deux rideaux. Impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit. On avait réservé dans cet hôtel expressément pour le marathon de Toulouse bien à l’avance afin d’être bien situés, une grosse déception de la part de la direction de cet hôtel. Et en dédommagement on nous offre 2 boissons de bienvenue et UN SEUL petit déjeuner sur les deux. Nous allons à l’hôtel une dizaine de fois par an en moyenne et nous sommes très déçus de NOVOTEL. Je déconseille très vivement cet établissement. Je ne parle même pas de mon mail que j’avais envoyé avant d’arriver pour réserver le parking et qui est resté sans réponse. En bref, je suis déçu de devoir laisser un premier avis négatif. N’y allez pas !

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e gentil. O quarto é muito bom, com antessala, sofá, frigobar, cafeteira e cápsulas de café. O banheiro era de bom tamanho. O ponto fraco foi o sistema de ar-condicionado do hotel, que não estava funcionando, e estava calor em Toulouse. Nós não sabemos dizer se o problema é recorrente, se é devido à racionalização de energia, ou se foi somente azar nosso. O abono das diárias de estacionamento funcionou bem, e o pagamento é feito previamente no hotel, com a apresentação do ticket nas máquinas mais recuadas antes das cancelas de saída.
