We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was terrific. The guest service staff was excellent. We had such a wonderful stay based at The 27 Wynwood and can't wait to return for another fun visit. p.s. Go to Maman and CoyoTaco when you go there.

rude check in attendant doesn't go well when your checking in 11pm

Had a great experience. Staff was very helpful and they even game me my room before check in time. They he view from my room was everything.

Fue una buena experiencia, lugar céntrico y cerca de el lugar donde tenía que ir al concierto, la habitación estaba en muy buen estado, y el precio me pareció aceptable, calidad/precio. La atención fue excelente, tanto la recepción como los de el valet parking, la verdad en cuanto atención 10/10. Pero como nada puede ser perfecto, tuve un par de inconvenientes, desde algunos muy sencillos hasta otros un poco más molestos, la habitación que me dieron fue la 114, primero la habitación es en otro building, la calidad de la habitación muy buena, pero no era la habitación que habíamos rentado, estaba bien, pero la que vi en las fotos incluía un baño más como bañera para hundirte y relajarte, y el que nos tocó era más como bañera común de estar de pie, aunque bien se podía hacer lo de llenarla, primero no era la misma forma que el de las fotos y segundo no existía un tapón para detener el agua, luego también, en las fotos se veía como un tocadiscos, y me hacía mucha ilusión poner algo de música, no estaba. Luego la televisión tampoco se podía ver. Esos fueron las cosas más simples, algo más difícil, la habitación estaba muy cerca de la entrada, se escuchaba el paso de las personas y el cierre de la puerta el cual era muy molesto, los pasos de las personas de arriba se escuchaban muy fuerte, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, demasiado calor, las ventanas estaban tapadas de un plástico blanco. La verdad por todo lo demás 10/10, eso si si voy de nuevo buscaría otra habitación.

I was really shocked when I came to this hotel. I was expecting 5-star luxury for my weekend in Miami, but it was not that. The building is very old and needs renovating. Walls peeling, furniture chipped just very run down. The front desk was old looking, not to mention we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The pool area was nice and the beds in the rooms were very comfortable. However the pool staff were not really attentive at all. We had to walk around and find them to place orders. Pretty disappointed in the hotel and will not be staying again or recommending if someone is looking for a 5-star luxury hotel in Miami.
