The hotel was nice and clean. I paid for an upgraded room and the room is nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that you don’t have a view.. you look right into a office tower no matter how much you pay for the room,

Sparkling clean, great location, overall excellent experience! Kitchen could have been better stocked but I think they deserve 5 stars anyway…loved the beds and the newness of everything!

The whole family stayed at The Douglas. Staff were friendly and very professional.
Beds were exquisitely clean and comfortable.
It was noisy in the lobby when we were checking in as there was a loud party going on, but luckily it did not transfer to the rooms- we were 2 floors above.
Housekeeping would only leave 2 bath towels for 4 guests and only added an extra one when we left a note to leave 4. We could have called for more perhaps.
The parking garage for hotel guests costs an arm and a leg.
Overall, we had a positive experience.
