We had a great time staying 5 nights at the Fairmont Miramar. We had a wonderful spacious suite. We enjoyed the fitness area, spa & pool. The food at The Fig was delicious. Gil & Dillon made sure we had everything we needed poolside. Good service from all the staff. Housekeeping, Room Service, Bartenders, Waiters/waitresses were all very nice. Jordan, our main concierge was extremely helpful with any request we asked of him. We were impressed with the entire resort.

Best hotel ever if you like boutique style and really professional service. Everything is perfect here. I even got a free fruit platter in the room without asking. Nice!

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

Yes all was really well organised

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is a large, busy hotel, but individual floors were quiet. I felt that it was hard to get in touch with staff from the room, but once I did, they were super kind and helpful. We had a nice sized room, I liked having a mini fridge, but I felt the room was so drab and the color scheme depressing. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my 14 year old daughter, but the main bed was comfortable. Not enough windows considering the nice size of our room. The items in the room seemed old and used. Shower was nice. Towels a decent size but seemed so old and worn, not soft. Bedsheets were rough and overused looking.

You couldn’t find a better place to stay in mid-town. Close to everything and a lovely hotel. Quiet, elegant, great service. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Great restaurants and sites in walking distance too.

The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.
