8.6/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
The hotel was ok. The lobby situation is not great- there is just a coffee bar and no reception. The room was fine but the tub didn't drain well and the hot water didn't work at one point. Also, didn't love that there are just window AC's for AC. Kind of expected more from a hotel we thought was higher end than this.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,282 reviews)
We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!
